Solving Your Beer Cans Filling Challenges

Solutions to your beer-can-filling problems are here, with expert tips and techniques to streamline the process.

❌ High Capital Investment

A canning line charges anywhere from $50,000 to $500,000 or above for purchase, not including installation, maintenance, and training.

✓ Our Solution: No capital investment required. Perhaps you could just pay for every can’s filling at a rate of $0.10-$0.20. Immediate ROI without worrying about equipment ownership.

❌ Limited Production Space

In-house canning lines take an average of 300- 1,000+ sq. ft. of invaluable space within brewery operations.

✓ Our Solution: Our mobile unit requires absolutely no permanent floor space. We get there, can your product, and leave the same day.

❌ Staff and Training

Running canning equipment requires anywhere from 4-6 trained staff members per operation, in addition to having ongoing training.

✓ Our Solution: We do everything in-house, and our crew is all professional. You give us the beer; we give you the cans with perfection.

❌ Equipment Maintenance

Downtime, repairs, parts replacements, technical issues- and all these come with a hefty bill every year.

✓ Our Solution: Zero maintenance responsibility. As part of the trade, maintenance has been regularly performed on the heated-water thermal treatment plants under a preventive maintenance program that ensures uninterrupted service.

❌ Production Flexibility

Fixed canning schedules with minimum batch requirements; inability to scale quickly.

✓ Our Solution: Can any quantity from 50 cases to 10,000+ cases or schedule the canning runs on a weekly, monthly, or even seasonal basis.

❌ Quality Control Issues

Inconsistent fills, high DO, poor seam quality, and product waste.

✓ Our Solution: Professional counter-pressure filling ensures a DO of less than 50 ppb, perfect seams, and minimal waste.

“We were in search of a canning line that would guarantee optimal TPOs, and after looking at several options on the market, it was clear that this mobile solution has the best fit. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable, giving us confidence that our beer is being packaged in the best possible way from start to finish.”

Dr. James Thompson

John Kimmich

Co-Owner & Brewer at The Alchemist Brewery

“It was hugely helpful to do and learn QC procedures before we actually had to do them. Mobile canning was probably 2 days a week for us initially, then 4-5 days as we really started to grow. This meant no down time installing our own line. We really pushed the product and we did not miss a beat.”

Anita Patel

Jordan Wheeler

Packaging Lead at WeldWerks Brewing Co.

“I simply wanted to take a moment and send you an email to say thank you for making my first canning event a good memory. Not everything went perfect, but I was well prepared and had been briefed on how the canning would go, including all the possible complications. I am very much satisfied with the initial run and learned so much.”
