What capacity range do you offer?

We provide lines from 0.5 tons/hour (small operations) up to 30 tons/hour (handful of large industrial scale). The hours of operation determine the actual throughput ranging between 60-1500 tons per day. Each system is designed with respect to your specific throughput requirement.

Can the line work on processing other fruits than apples?

Yes! The system works on processing apples, pears, and other fruits of similar characteristics. Such proficiency will highly maximize your equipment utilization and give you room to work on other product lines throughout the year.

What’s the difference between belt-press and screw-press extraction?

The belt press allows between 75 and 90 percent juice yield with continuous operation and freshness maintenance (pressing time 1-2 minutes). Screw press is more economical for capacities under 2 tons/hour with 60-70% juice yield but produces heat which affects taste and the presence of vitamin C. If we’re asked, we always say that a good-quality and efficient belt press is way better.

How much time does the installation and commissioning take?

Typical timelines: 2-3 months for equipment manufacturing; 4-6 weeks for installation; 1-2 weeks for commissioning and operator training. The total project timeline, i.e., from order to production start, usually lies in the range of 4-5 months.

What kinds of maintenance do I have to do?

Typically, daily CIP cleaning (automated); weekly inspections of belts and seals; monthly replacement of filters; and once-yearly comprehensive maintenance, with design for 99.5% uptime with very low manual intervention.

Can I produce both clarified and cloudy juices in the same line?

Yes, the line has clarification units for clear juice and homogenizers for cloudy juice. Switching between the two products is almost instantaneous, requiring only a bit of cleaning in between.

What certifications do your systems have?

Keep in mind that our machines are already certified by ISO9001:2008, HACCP, GMP, and CE. All materials that come into contact with the product are composed of food-grade stainless steel, specifically SUS304 or 316L, thereby meeting international standards for food safety.

How much space is necessary for installation?

Space requirements differ by capacity, but for a standard 5 ton/hour line, it will be around 800-1200 square meters including production area, storage, and quality control labs. Detailed layout designs will be provided so as to better fit your facility.
