Format changeover can also be completed in 15 to 30 minutes using tool-free adjustment mechanisms. Custom bottles outside of this range can also be accommodated with special molds.
We manufacture several capacity tiers to satisfy your business needs-Small scale (2,000-2,500 BPH), Medium scale (6,000-8,000 BPH), High speed (10,000-12,000 BPH), and Ultra-high speed (36,000 BPH)-all on the basis of a 500 ml bottle. Being modular in construction, these pave way for capacity upgrading as the growth of the business develops. Setting up is much easier with a smaller system where additional modules can be added or higher-capacity models upgraded to without having to discard the entire production line.
The machine could handle: pure drinking water, mineral water, spring water, sparkling water with isobaric filling, flavored water, energy drink, sports drink, carbonated beverage, fruit juice, tea beverage, coffee drink, and functional water. From an area point of view, varying from model to model, full lines usually go in between 70 and 150 square meters of production floor space. Utility requirements: general 380V/50Hz power supply (we can also customize it for different regions), depending on the model from 3.5-12 kW power consumption, 0.6-0.8 MPa compressed air supply, and 1.5-3 tons per hour water supply (for CIP). Ambient conditions should be 5-35°C in temperature and ≤80% relative humidity. Detailed facility preparation guidelines will be provided for each of our orders.
After equipment installation and commissioning, our technicians provide full training for your personnel. Typically, such training courses last for about five to seven days and cover: equipment operation and control systems, format changeover procedures, CIP system operation and scheduling, cleaning and maintenance work, troubleshooting and problem-solving, quality control, and safety procedures. The training is strictly practical on your equipment. The training manuals include operating manuals, training videos, and possible remote support. Most operators become proficient after two or three days with hands-on experience.
